米家思亲爱的小伙伴们，8月21日这个周末就迎来米家思5岁生日啦！！我们非常荣幸的邀请大家一起庆祝！没有各位小伙伴的支持就没有米家思的今天。大家一定很好奇我们都有什么准备：特制Tapa菜单，喝不完的Sangria，还有一众DJ加持，让你狂欢到天明…米家思五周年大庆，记得一定要来！
Dear friends of Migas, on the weekend of 21st August, we celebrate our 5th anniversary in honour of you. Without your continued support, we wouldn’t still be here. What’s in store for this special celebration, we hear you ask? Special tapas menus, lots of sparkling sangria and a bangin’ DJ line up to keep you dancing until the sun comes up…Mark the date to celebrate five year of Migas with us!

Subin(苏彬), Ayi Wang Ping(王平), James(罗杰), Maria(玛丽亚)!

苏彬，基本上，“有事儿找苏彬”——无论是换灯泡，盯装修，这个全能型男人简直无处不在！抛光，油漆，打孔，安装…无所不能！
Subin, also known as 苏彬, is our man for everything; from changing a light bulb to supervising the construction of a new project. This man can sand, paint, drill, hang… anything!
除了以上琐碎，苏先生也是我们的活体GPS。苏彬当年以司机身份加入米家思，几年来带大家去花市，去外送，去做活动，几乎走遍这座城市的每个角落，当然他也知道如何尽量避免堵车。
Apart from being the best handy man ever, he also happens to be a walking GPS. He started working at Migas as a driver, driving us around town to flower markets, caterings and events. This man knows every single shortcut and back alley in the city, perfect for avoiding rush hour traffic.

苏彬的家乡就在临近的河北省，13年前来到北京。
Subin is a family man who has been living in Beijing for more than thirteen years, he is originally from the neighbouring province Hebei.
偶尔闲暇，热爱传统辣食的苏先生喜欢约上朋友打打台球，一个人的时候就安静的读读小说。
When he gets a break from his responsibilities, he loves to play pool with friends and enjoy a traditional spicy meal, he also loves reading a thrilling novel before bed.
这就是苏彬，我们的“差不多”先生！
This is Subin, our "chabuduo" handy man!

王平阿姨，来自河南省驻马店市，在北京生活了15年，见证这15年内的城市变化。
Ms. Wang Ping, also known as 王平, is from Zhumadian city, Henan province and has been living in Beijing for fifteen years, we’re sure that she’s seen this city change a lot!
阿姨来米家思已有一年半时间，米家思可以保持如此清洁无暇，正是多亏了王阿姨。王阿姨很健谈，如果在洗手间和阿姨相遇，她一定跟你聊上一聊。
This chatty ayi has been keeping Migas spick and span for the past year and a half. If you bump into her in the bathrooms, she’ll most likely start up a conversation with you.

王阿姨很有勇气和魄力，要知道她的工作时段可是夜班（绝对不容易！），环境的清洁整齐全靠她！别怪我没告诉你，阿姨可是有脾气的，千万被让阿姨看到你不讲卫生！
Wang Ping tackles every task with tremendous determination and grit. She works the graveyard shift at Migas (which is not an easy job!), and spends most of her time keeping the space prisyine. We should warn you that this ayi has a strong temper so make sure you don’t dirty the place when she’s around!
超级英雄王平阿姨如是说 / Advice from our superhero:

罗杰，见多识广的罗同学是不会因为被人多看几眼就害羞逃走的。如果不在米家思研究调酒，他就一定在附近的KTV里狂飚各种华语流行歌，罗同学是绝对的麦霸，无需怀疑他必须是第一个拿起麦克风，最后一个放手的…也确实，有那么一点点大牌气质（这可不是反话！）另外，James的发型永远的都是精心打理过的，他非常喜欢尝试新发型。
Luojie, our cheeky barman is not one to shy away from attention. When he’s not at the Migas Bar creating tasty concoctions, he’s at a nearby KTV belting out Mando-pop renditions. You can be sure that he will be the first to pick up the microphone and the last to put it down… Truly a star of the stage, he has a little bit of a diva attitude to go with it too (in a good way!). You will never see James with a hair out of place or not looking his best, he loves experimenting with his hairstyle too.

不要误会，James虽然唱歌很有大牌气质，但工作中是绝对不会耍大牌的。工作不忙的时候，他就会研究新酒或者擦杯子…来这里的第一年，James同学的进步有目共睹，大家对他接下来的表现非常期待。
Be not mistaken however, James is not a diva at all when it comes to work. When he gets a rare break from his busy shift, he’ll always be looking up new recipes or polishing glassware… He’s learnt a lot during his first year at Migas, and we expect many great things from him in his second year!

Maria Dominguez Rodriguez，米家思所向披靡的市场公关经理。Maria同学永远都是满血状态，要么皱着眉头在电脑前厮杀，要么拿着手机用西班牙语在餐厅里冲撞怒吼…姑娘是怎么做到如此精力充沛的呢？咖啡啊…你随时都可以在她手边找到一杯超浓的Americano。
Maria Dominguez Rodriguez is our multitasking Marketing and PR manager. This woman is a hustler! You can expect to see her hunched over her laptop with her brow furrowed in concentration, or dashing around the restaurant with her phone to her mouth yelling something in Spanish. How does she keep up with her hectic work schedule? Coffee of course - she always has a strong Americano in her hand.
个性突出的Maria同学远道来自西班牙北部的Vigo（隶属于加利西亚自治区），来北京米家思工作生活已三年有半，统领着米家思的市场队伍。
This little lady is from the north of Spain (Vigo, Galicia), and leads our marketing team. She came to Beijing a little over three and a half years ago to work right here at Migas, bringing her bubbly personality along.

休息的时候，Maria喜欢看Harry Potter电影排压解乏，侦探犯罪类小说也是其兴趣所在。姑娘可不是内向宅女，说不定在米家思露台上你就可以撞见她。
When Maria gets a rare day off work, she likes to de-stress by watching Harry Potter films, and reading suspense and crime fiction novels. Keep an eye out for this social butterfly; you might see her mingling away on the rooftop at Migas!
